Brand Manager
Purpose of the job:
Overall brand management supporting the Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to ensure the achievement of pre-determined profit, volume, market share and equity objectives of an assigned brand or brands.
Key Accountabilities:
Brand Strategy & Development: Support the development and implementation of the Commercial Plan for assigned brand, based on consumer & customer insight as well as category performance. Sustainability & Responsible consumption are an integral part of your thinking.
Planning & Execution: In cooperation with Marketing Manager/Senior Brand Manager, planning and execution of all brand communication and media activity across all channels, including online and social media.
Innovation & Product Development: Identify new business opportunities and support new product launches.
Consumer Promotion: Work with Trade Marketing & Sales to activate consumer promotion programs for assigned brand to achieve sales target and Brand Power KPIs.
Personal Development: Focus on personal competency and capability development whilst fully embracing inclusion and diversity.
Cost & Value: Manage spend within allocated brand budget across ATL & BTL, meeting agreed working/non-working targets whilst continuously looking for savings.
Knowledge and Experience:
Working & Thinking Level: Bachor or higher degree
Experience: 2-4 years brand/marketing experience, proven track record of project management experience
