Responsibilities:

•    Acts as key business partner to Management and Leadership teams of the company by providing insightful financial expertise and analyses that supports superior business decision making;  
•    Leads and coordinates the Governance cycle of the company and supports the Management team in the execution of the 3-year Strategic plan, Annual plan and the Rolling financial forecasts;
•    Works alongside the Management team and other stakeholders in identifying and exploiting business opportunities (including but not limited to product innovations and improvement and optimization opportunities) and provides financial expertise and support in various cross-functional projects;
•    Guaranties on-time monthly (financial) business review analysis towards the Management team, together with relevant risks and opportunities in near-term future;
•    Oversees the analysis of actual vs planned financial performance, providing timely notice of potential deviations to the Finance manager and pro-actively develops potential mitigating actions;
•    Leads and coordinates the process of P&VA (profitability analysis), supporting other functions with insightful and actionable analyses of company margins per e.g. sales channel, customer, brand and product;
•    Uses external sources and network to provide relevant and accurate market context, including analysis of competitor’s performance; 
•    Leads the development of a team of business analysts and role models constant learning and development. 


Requirements:
•    University degree, with preference for Finance, Economics or Mathematics;
•    5+ years relevant experience, preferably in controlling / multinational corporation;
•    Strong analytical skills and sharp attention to detail;
•    Pro-active and self-starting attitude with well-developed business partnering skillset;
•    Team player;
•    Drive for continuous professional development;
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•    Highly proficient in MS office (Excel); experience with SAP is considered advantage;
•    Fluent in both Bulgarian and English.
