The Sales Administration Manager will play important role in delivering sales strategy by ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales processes, administration and sales information systems. This role involves overseeing sales data management, sales KPIs tracking and analysis, CRM systems, customer contracts and digitalization projects, while also focusing on customer surveys and analysis. The ideal candidate is a leader with a proven project management skills and track record in sales operations, administration and people management in an FMCG environment.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales operations professionals, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture;
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and best practices, ensuring consistency and alignment across the sales team;
  • Lead the optimization and digitalization of sales processes and systems, implement digital tools and technologies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Organize the management and administration of sales deals and customer contracts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of contracts and agreements;
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement;
  • Setting of sales targets and the calculation of actuals against these targets;
  • Manage bonus payout processes in alignment with sales performance metrics;
  • Oversee the generation and analysis of sales reports to provide actionable insights;
  • Oversee the design and delivery of customer surveys to gather feedback.
  • Analyze survey data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales operations.

 

 

Requirements:
•    University degree, with preference for Economics, Business Administration;
•    3+ years relevant experience, preferably in multinational corporation;

•    Project management experiece is strong advantage; 
•    Strong analytical skills and sharp attention to detail;
•    Pro-active and self-starting attitude and a team player;
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills;
•    Highly proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with PowerBI is considered advantage;
•   Good level of both Bulgarian and English.
