We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to become part of our marketing department as BRAND MANAGER. You can join a dynamic, fun-loving team that’s passionate about beer and brand building. You’ll be the driving force behind exciting and iconic brands, blending heritage with innovation to shape the future.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that resonate with consumers, grow market share, and strengthen our position in the competitive beverage landscape;
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform decision-making and strategy;
- Develop and implement annual brand plans and campaigns across channels (media, trade, experiential);
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, trade marketing, finance, innovation, supply chain, etc) and external agencies to ensure consistent brand execution with solid market impact;
- Own the brand P&L, ensuring effective budget management and ROI tracking;
- Champion innovation, guiding new product development and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics or other related;
- 3+ years in FMCG area in the field of Marketing / Sales;
- Possess sound Consumer, Shopper & Customer Understanding;
- Data-driven approach - analytical skills with a creative flair;
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution;
- Strong communication and storytelling skills;
- Highly self-organized and capable to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficient in MS office;
- Excellent in both Bulgarian and English;
- Clean Driving license.
