Main Responsibilities:    
•    Leads and delivers ambitious plans for the region to ensure a strong market position and growth in line with ZAGORKA’s strategy;
•    Builds high performing and capable sales team eager to win on the market and deliver against challenging goals; 
•    Maximizes sales, profit and market share of the region through boosting win-win relationships with current and new customers, wholesalers and partners increasing availability and appeal of our brands for consumers in outlets;
•    Understands the market and the region specifics, analyzes and anticipate trends and transfers the insights into action plans to create and maintain competitive advantage; 
•    Ensures Route to Market strategy, defines the most effective and efficient ways to sell and distribute our products across wholesalers in the region and all relevant channels, ensuring optimal profit;
•    Sets and monitors the achievement of sales targets on regional level with proper target cascading and timely communication of priorities and expectations to the teams; 
•    Manages effectively company resources, monitors and evaluates asset performance and ROI; 
•    Ensures implementation of excellent outlet execution, marketing activities, promotions and POSMs as per company standards; 
•    Participates in identifying the regional budget and supports the Area Sales Managers in splitting it per territory; 
•    Collects and analyses information related to the performance of the competitors in the Region, promotes outside in curiosity and innovation.  

 

Requirements:
•    University degree; 
•    Min 5 years of commercial experience and at least 2 years on people management role; 
•    Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business understanding;
•    Proven analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on results; 
•    Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure; 
•    Strong ability to build and develop teams;
•    Pro-active attitude and eager to learn;
•    Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
•    Proficient in MS office (Excel; Power Point); 
•    Very good command of English;
•    Clear driving license and willingness for intensive travel.
