As the Business Intelligence Manager, you are a business-minded leader, playing a pivotal role in driving digital. Your team will be responsible for analyzing market insight & looking for business opportunities, enabled by dynamic reporting. You will be at the forefront of managing digital tools and CRM solutions, ensuring we harness the right data to drive strategic decision-making.

 

You’ll lead a diverse team of experts across business intelligence and digital domains, guiding them to implement advanced analytics, data strategies, and process automation that shape the future of our business.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Business Intelligence Leadership:

  • Guide the BI team in delivering business insights through data analysis, reporting, and business case modeling to increase profit margins and improve decision-making across commercial teams.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive BI strategy to support commercial and operational goals.
  • Act as a trusted business partner for multiple departments, ensuring alignment between business needs and BI solutions.

 

Digital Transformation & Automation:

  • Oversee the execution of the digital and automation roadmap, creating solutions that optimize both internal processes and our route-to-consumer strategies.
  • Drive initiatives that increase efficiency, such as automating workflows and improving customer engagement through CRM tools like Salesforce.

 

Strategic Planning & Project Leadership:

  • Translate business objectives into actionable D&T solutions by defining a clear multi-year roadmap, managing a portfolio of projects, and delivering on key digital initiatives.
  • Lead large-scale D&T transformation projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee third-party vendors, manage budgets, and ensure continuous service improvement.

 

 

 

 

 

 

You have…

  • a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, D&T, Engineering or a similar field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, business intelligence, data analytics or similar roles. 
  • Business analysis experience is a must, market understanding a huge plus.
  • a strong understanding of advanced data analytics, business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Salesforce) and digitalization processes.
  • excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • a visionary & business mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and deliver impactful, data-driven business solutions.
