Education and Experience

 

  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Have sales and marketing background
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or marketing.
  • Have the potential to further develop within the Heineken company
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish.

 

Responsabilities

  1. Develop, implement and monitor 3 year Strategic Commercial Plans.
  2. Develop and implement Operational Plans and get Action Plans executed.
  3. Achieve volume, EBIT objectives: ensure value growth.
  4. Define marketing & sales programs in the markets.
  5. Achieve Excellent Outlet Execution programs and tools at distributors.
  6. Oversees distribution companies in different countries and territories. 
  7. Improve commercial performance through the implementation and management of excellence outlet execution programs, such as:  Sources of Growth, Trade Census and Portfolio Management projects; monitors, evaluates and make adjustments to the implemented plans.
  8. Realise a well-positioned product, packaging and brand portfolio in the markets.
