Step 1 – Online Application

Complete the Career Launch where you will be taken through an introduction to HEINEKEN, cognitive assessments and a virtual interview.

Step 2 – Personality Questionnaire

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete an online personality questionnaire.

Step 3 – Country Management Team Interview

By this step, you will be invited to meet the local management team in person/virtually.

Step 4 – Regional Assessment Center

Selected applicants will be invited to attend the in-person Regional Assessment Center.

The Offer

Applicants who are successful will be offered a position from their Home Operating Company within Asia Pacific where they are eligible to work in.
